KMU LOFT Cleanwater SE is the industry's professional and reliable partner for industrial wastewater treatment with MVR vacuum evaporation- and that worldwide. Since 1990, the company has been developing and producing complete solutions with vacuum evaporator for wastewater treatment. Until now the company has sold 2 800 systems worldwide, comprising pre and post treatment for optimal results.
Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) is the most economical and ecologically sustainable method for purifying / treating process water. With up to 98% recyclable distillate of the purest quality, customers can efficiently and safely treat their wastewater. The quality of the distillate is so good that it can either be reintroduced into the process cycle or injected directly.
From analysis and planning to installation and commissioning, the industry experts, engineers and chemists from the company provide reliable support for successful implementation.

As different as the industries are, as varied are the applications and the wastewater from each production process - be it in the die casting foundry, the coating business, galvanics, or component cleaning, in vehicle washing or in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
However, the goal always remains the same: the contaminated process water is treated by vacuum evaporation so that it can be reused directly in the production process.
KMU LOFT Cleanwater offers vacuum evaporators based on natural and forced circulation: KLC-MASTER Line, DESTIMAT, and PROWADEST. KLC vacuum evaporators are successfully applied in many industries. They have the broadest reference base in MRV evaporation. The use of the vacuum evaporators not only helps customers from a wide range of industries to reuse the treated wastewater as a resource and minimize costs.
KMU LOFT Cleanwater has a long service life of its vacuum evaporators and treatment systems. The systems work largely autonomously and have few wearing parts. With the right settings and regular maintenance, the systems perform well for years, even if the process water changes. The KLC service supports you: as a pioneer of Industry 4.0, we can monitor the operation and all key parameters of the systems remotely. This reduces costs and increases the availability of the systems.
KLC-MASTER Line
The KLC-MASTER Line is the new generation of KLC evaporators for high-quality treatment of industrial process water. Powerful and efficient components are installed in the smallest possible space, which decisively improve distillate quality and significantly reduce energy consumption. The new modular design allows the KLC-MASTER Line to be customized to meet the requirements of a wide range of process water types. With additional configurations, even the most difficult process waters can be treated. At the same time, the concentration factor is increased and best distillate quality is achieved. This modular, customer-specific design maximizes availability and reduces life cycle cost. By reusing the distillate, it is possible to achieve a closed circuit water management that conserves resources and achieves the highest environmental standards. With this innovative design a Zero Liquid Discharge Production is possible.
DESTIMAT LE Evaporator
The DESTIMAT LE is a robust and reliable KLC evaporator. It was designed for treatment of industrial process water with natural circulation principle. It is compact, energy-efficient and powerful, and is able to meet the requirements of a wide range of process waters, especially those containing emulsions and oil.The distilled water obtained is of high quality and can be reused in the production, thus a closed water cycle is achieved which makes Zero Lliquid Discharge production possible.
PROWADEST Evaporator
The PROWADEST P is a robust and reliable KLC evaporator. It is designed for treatment of industrial process water with forced circulation principle. It is
compact, energy-efficient and powerful, which can meet the requirements of a wide range of process waters, especially those containing foam and salts. The
distilled water obtained is of high quality and can be reused in the production, thus a closed water cycle is achieved which makes Zero Lliquid Discharge production possible.
